Kaymakamlık, Garnizon Komutanlığı ve Belediye Başkanlığı çelenklerinin sunulmasıyla başlayan programda saygı duruşunda bulunuldu, İstiklal Marşı okundu. Törende Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’ın 30 Ağustos mesajı okunurken, Askerlik Şubesi Başkan Vekili Asteğmen Davut Tosun da günün önemine dair konuşma yaptı.

Öğrencilerin şiirleriyle duygusal anların yaşandığı törende, 30 Ağustos Zaferi’nin bağımsızlık mücadelesindeki önemi vurgulandı. Program, şehitler ve Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk başta olmak üzere tüm kahramanların rahmet ve minnetle anılmasıyla sona erdi. Törenin ardından Kaymakamlık makamında tebrikler kabul edildi.
