CHP’nin Ataşehir Kongresi İptal Edildi

Mahkeme kararıyla CHP İstanbul İl Başkanı Özgür Çelik ve yönetimi görevden uzaklaştırıldı. Ataşehir dahil birçok ilçe kongresi durduruldu. CHP, iptallere karşı YSK’ya başvurdu.

 İstanbul 45. Asliye Hukuk Mahkemesi’nin CHP 38. Olağan İstanbul Kongresi hakkında verdiği tedbir kararı, partinin kongre takvimini durdurdu. Mahkeme, İl Başkanı Özgür Çelik ve yönetimini görevden alarak yerine Gürsel Tekin, Zeki Şen, Hasan Babacan, Müjdat Gürbüz ve Erkan Narsap’tan oluşan geçici kurul atadı.

 Kararın ardından Ataşehir 1. İlçe Seçim Kurulu, CHP’nin 13 Eylül’de yapılması planlanan Ataşehir 7. İlçe Kongresi’ni iptal etti. Aynı kapsamda Sarıyer, Esenyurt, Bakırköy ve Başakşehir kongreleri de durduruldu.

 CHP, ilçe seçim kurullarının iptal kararlarına karşı YSK’ya “tam kanunsuzluk” başvurusu yaptı. İtiraz, 5 Eylül Cuma günü saat 14.30’da görüşülecek.
