Diyarbakır’da kaybolduktan 19 gün sonra cansız bedeni bulunan Narin Güran cinayetine ilişkin davada dikkat çeken gelişmeler yaşandı. Yargıtay tarafından hakkında verilen 4 buçuk yıl hapis cezası bozulan Nevzat Bahtiyar’ın yeniden yargılanması sırasında duruşma salonunda gergin anlar yaşandı.

Duruşmayı takip etmek üzere salonda bulunan Güran Ailesi ile sanık Nevzat Bahtiyar arasında tartışma çıktı. Yaşanan gerilimin büyümesi üzerine mahkeme heyeti, aile üyelerinin duruşma salonundan çıkarılmasına karar verdi.

Öte yandan duruşmada Nevzat Bahtiyar’ın verdiği ifade de ortaya çıktı. Bahtiyar, Salim Güran’ın kendisine “Cesedi parça parça et, kimse görmesin” dediğini iddia etti. Ancak bu talimatı yerine getirmediğini belirten Bahtiyar, “Ben cesedi açığa çıkardım. Eğer Salim’in dediğini yapsaydım bu ceset ortaya çıkmazdı.” ifadelerini kullandı.

Dava sürecinin devam ettiği öğrenilirken, mahkemenin ilerleyen günlerde yeni duruşma tarihi belirlemesi bekleniyor.
